Hot or chilled, this makes a great snack, entree, side dish, or salad addition.

Zenna's SASS of Choice!!!
Simple, quick preparation and so delicious! Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. With parchment, line a pan the size needed to closely hold the amount of Baked Tofu desired as a single layer, with small spaces between so the sides will be coated with SASS. Lightly brush the parchment with Sesame Oil. Slice the Tofu about 1/2 inch thick, place in the pan, and drizzle with your choice of Zena's SASS, dabbing with a brush to cover, allowing it to run down the sides. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. 'til the edges begin to brown and SASS is bubbly. Remove from the oven, transfer to a warmed serving dish, and scrape the thickened SASS to drizzle over the top.
