Keeping ingredients separate, cut veggies into bite sized pieces.
In a wok or heavy skillet, heat a few tablespoons sesame oil, add the veggies in order of length of time needed to cook. First the onions and carrots...toss for about two minutes,, add celery, other veggies. Add the snow peas and tofu last, and continue tossing gently for a few minutes more.
By this time the onions are caramelized and the other veggies are cooked just the right amount.
Drizzle your favoriteof SASS over all, and gently toss for only a minute or two, 'til the SASS is bubbly and has mixed with the juices of the veggies. Serve directly from the wok, or transfer to a warmed serving bowl...enjoy!
